We repair PlayStation, Xbox and retro gaming consoles from our Ferrymead Christchurch workshop, with courier repairs available for customers throughout New Zealand.
We carry out HDMI port repairs, overheating repairs, no power faults, hard drive and SSD replacements, stick drift repairs, liquid damage diagnostics and general servicing for a wide range of gaming consoles and controllers.
We believe in honest and open pricing. Unlike some repair companies that advertise blanket repair prices, every repair we carry out is individually assessed and quoted based on the actual fault and the work required. This allows us to provide accurate pricing without hidden surprises once your console is opened.
All repairs are carried out in-house from our Ferrymead Christchurch workshop. We do not outsource repairs, allowing us to maintain the quality, consistency, and honesty that Lounge Lizard Gaming has built its reputation on. We also welcome courier and send-in repairs from customers throughout New Zealand.
All repairs carried out by Lounge Lizard Gaming include a 6-month warranty covering the original fault repaired. This warranty applies to workmanship and any parts supplied during the repair process, giving customers peace of mind after their repair is completed.
Our warranty does not cover unrelated faults, physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, accidental damage or failed repair attempts carried out after the device leaves our workshop.
Most repairs are completed within 1–2 working days, depending on parts availability and workload.
