Due to several requests we have ordered in a sample batch of these Original Xbox HDMI adapters that have been available for a while.
Our impression on them is they do the job but not very well. Every Xbox we have tested them on has performed differently. Some were terrible with interference everywhere some were passable but still had some interference. If you want a cheap and quick HDMI solution for your Xbox these will work. If you want a decent picture either use genuine component cables or get a HDMI mod like the one available from makemhz.com.
They will work on stock and modded consoles but to get the full HD benefits you need either a stock NTSC console or a modded console that can be changed to NTSC to unlock the HD resolutions.
